Chairman/ Managing Director –A chemical engineer by training he graduated BSC from University of Sheffield, England and there after received an MBA from the University of Western Sydney Australia. He is currently reading for his Doctorate in Business Administration from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand. He is a registered auditor by IRCA, UK for ISO 9001, 14000 and SA 8000 and has over 20 years experience in quality/quantity inspection of edible oil, petroleum products, crude oil, LP gas, bunker delivery and storage tank calibration.


Director Corporate Business Development & MarketingBorn and educated in Scotland, he is a banker by training and started his career at Royal Bank of Scotland and after moved on to Standard Chartered Bank. Has corporate banking exposure in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Qatar and Sri Lanka. He is extremely well versed in the documentary requirements for petroleum and agricultural products. In 1995 decided on a career shift and from then until 2007 ran the Sri Lanka operations of one of the leading tent manufacturers in the world, Samsung Corporation with three factories and over 2000 staff members under his control.

Director Special ProjectsHolds Bsc Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University, USA. Very experienced with over 10 years exposure in various company roles including operations, marketing, sales, administration and accounting. Has wide knowledge of BOI and company regulations and has been associated with various proposals including the establishment of FDI projects in Sri Lanka. He also has work experience in credit management.

Director Operations and Engineering A graduate of University of Peradeniya with B.Sc. Eng (Mechanical) and post graduate qualifications from Open University Colombo in Industrial Engineering. An associate member of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka. Has over 18 years experience and held a variety of senior positions in the private sector in the fields of engineering and manufacturing. His wide area of competencies includes mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, construction, project costing, installation and commissioning of plant and machinery. He also had wide exposure to various Japanese management techniques such as TPM, QCC etc. and has been awarded Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate for an energy saving related project.

Manager Operations Very experienced with over 40 years experience in port and port related activity. Fully conversant with the requirements for discharge of heavy and break bulk cargo. He has wide exposure to the inspection of bulk and bagged fertilizer and discharge of petroleum products. Held leading positions with several prominent shipping companies and is completely familiar with bunker operations having held a senior position with a company which represented several international bunker brokers.
